After 90 seconds of tears in the courtroom

She gets palpitations whenever she thinks of Oliver Pocher's lawyer. Amira Pocher shares her perspective on the divorce in the podcast.

- After 90 seconds of tears in the courtroom

Oliver Pocher (46) had already extensively discussed the divorce hearing on July 29th in his podcast. Now, Amira Pocher (31) follows suit. In her podcast "Liebes Leben" (exclusive on Podimo), her brother Hima, once again taking on the role of the prompt-giver, directly addresses the "post-divorce period". Although the divorce is not yet legally binding, and the papers still need to be served.

Such a reunion in court is certainly "not without its emotional challenges", Hima probes. Amira admits that she felt "uneasy". She had long avoided thinking about the date. In the courtroom, it quickly became emotional. After 90 seconds, she had to cry, Amira recounts. She cried so much that she used two tissues.

Amira "feels her pulse again" because of Oliver Pocher's lawyer

Especially when she thinks about Oliver Pocher's lawyer, she "feels her pulse again". The lawyer had previously accused her in writing of exploiting their shared children. Her "changing partnerships" were not suitable for the children. The lawyer also criticized her for a trip to Rome without the two sons, which Amira said was a previously agreed-upon child-free weekend.

Even in court, Oliver Pocher's lawyer was harsh towards Amira, she claims. The lawyer called her an "actress" after she stopped crying and reacted angrily to an accusation. "The tears disappeared quickly," the lawyer said.

What was the divorce hearing about, Hima asks. Amira says it wasn't about alimony, but it was about checking what she was financially entitled to. After all, she left everything behind when they separated. She even had to buy new toys for the children. The "backlash" Oliver Pocher unleashed after the separation cost her some jobs.

Oliver Pocher had said in his podcast that he would always be the one paying. But according to Amira, she didn't receive any money. "Maybe he gave the wrong account," she jokes.

"A cool solution for the children found"

Both parties found a "cool solution for the children" in court, Amira says, but she doesn't give any details.

An agreement was only reached after the "so nice" judge sent the lawyers out. Then, there were not only tears but also laughter between the former couple. The siblings rave about Pocher's humor, which even lightens difficult situations.

However, for Amira, the divorce felt like "a second separation". She now hopes for a more peaceful future. And she even dreams of a "patchwork vacation" with her ex and all the children.

Amira mentions that the divorce hearing was not easy for her, especially when thinking about Oliver's lawyer's accusations towards her regarding the children.

During the divorce hearing, Amira and Oliver found a solution that was beneficial for their shared children.
