Adele's dress rehearsal is falling apart.

For weeks, the construction of the specially designed stage has been underway, with the first concert scheduled for Friday: Adele will perform ten concerts in Munich. However, the weather has thrown a wrench into the preparations.

On stage, Adele loves to set fire to the rain during her song of the same name, but just days before her concert premiere in Munich on Friday, the rain was far from welcome. Thunderstorms and rain forced the cancellation of the final rehearsal on Wednesday evening at the open-air stadium built specifically for the British superstar. The concert promoters announced that the rehearsal had been abandoned due to the weather, and it could not continue later in the evening due to safety measures. It was scheduled to be made up on Thursday.

From Friday, Adele will perform on the Munich stage for ten nights until August 31. Approximately 740,000 visitors are expected to attend her concerts.

The demand for Adele tickets was enormous in February. According to the concert promoter Live Nation, more than 2.2 million people registered in advance for a chance to get tickets for Munich. The originally planned four concerts were eventually increased to ten.

Adele at a bargain price

However, the concerts are not yet sold out, which may be due to the high prices of some tickets. This week, Adele announced on Instagram that she would be selling "Lucky Dip Tickets" at a bargain price of 35 euros each. These tickets will go on sale every Monday, but there is a catch: buyers will not be able to choose their seats. They will be randomly assigned seats in the stadium, which could mean that some lucky fans will end up right in front of the stage, while others may be seated high up on the tribunes. It's a case of "first come, first served," as Adele wrote on Instagram.

Despite the high ticket prices, some fans are still eager to see Adele perform live. Adele announced a unique opportunity for fans by offering "Lucky Dip Tickets" at a discounted price of 35 euros each, available every Monday on Instagram. These tickets come with a surprise as fans will be randomly assigned their seats in the stadium.
