Actress Sandra Hüller is collaborating on a major film project with Tom Cruise.

Following her recognition at the Oscars with a nomination, German actress Sandra Hüller securely clinched a role in an upcoming movie directed by one of Hollywood's most coveted filmmakers. The specific title and plot of the film remain unveiled, but the casting features an array of A-list Hollywood celebrities.

Hüller, renowned for her compelling performances in films such as "Anatomy of a Fall" and "The Zone of Interest," garnered nominations for an Oscar and a Golden Globe for her character in Justine Triet's legal thriller.

According to the renowned American entertainment news site "Deadline," Hüller has now claimed a part in a prestigious film project: Alejandro G. Iñárritu's untitled new movie, in which Tom Cruise is also involved both on-screen and off. Hüller joins an exceptional ensemble cast for Iñárritu's forthcoming film, with Cruise lending his producing skills and taking the lead role.

Reports suggest that other actors joining this star-studded cast include John Goodman ("The Big Lebowski"), Jesse Plemons ("Killers of the Flower Moon"), Michael Stuhlbarg ("The Shape of Water"), and Australian newcomer Sophie Wilde, who recently captivated audiences in the horror flick "Talk to Me." Oscar laureate Riz Ahmed ("The Long Goodbye") is also in the late stages of negotiations for a part.

Lucrative Film Projects

Information about the megastar-backed film project is scarce. "Deadline" mentions that it revolves around "the most influential figure in the world" embarking on a daring mission to prove they are the last champion for humanity, despite potentially holding responsibility for its destruction.

Given his background in directing films that have regularly garnered Academy Award nominations or wins for their principal actors, such as "The Revenant" and "Birdman," Iñárritu's films continue to attract top-level talent. In 2015 and 2016, Leonardo DiCaprio and Michael Keaton, respectively, earned their first Oscars for their roles in "The Revenant" and "Birdman."

Tom Cruise will star in Alejandro G. Iñárritu's upcoming film, and Sandra Hüller has secured a role in the same project, joining an ensemble cast that also includes Tom Cruise.
