Actor Billy Ray Cyrus and musician Firerose have ended their marriage, which lasted under a year.
Cyrus applied to declare his nuptials with the Australian musician, Johanna Rosie Hodges, void in May, a copy of the application reveals.
The couple had been married since late 2023.
Cyrus based his plea on "irreconcilable differences" and "inappropriate marital conduct." Furthermore, Cyrus contends that he "consented to marriage due to fraud" on Firerose's part in the petition. If their annulment request is rejected, he asks the court for a divorce.

Cyrus and Firerose got engaged in 2022 after their first encounter on the set of "Hannah Montana" 12 years before, according to a 2022 People article. They tied the knot in Tennessee in 2023.
This marks Cyrus' third marriage and Firerose's second, per the petition.
Prior to that, Cyrus was married to Tish Cyrus for 28 years before she filed for divorce in 2022. They have five kids together, including Grammy winner Miley Cyrus, Noah Cyrus, Braison Cyrus, Brandi Cyrus, and Trace Cyrus.
He also has a son, Christopher Cody, with previous partner Kristin Luckey.
