Cologne's"Tatort" outshone the TV competition on Sunday evening. The case "Des anderen Last" reached 9.34 million viewers (30.7 percent) from 8.15 p.m. on Ersten. This time, TV detectives Max Ballauf (Klaus J. Behrendt) and Freddy Schenk (Dietmar Bär) had to solve the pre-Christmas murder of a parcel carrier.

ZDF broadcast the comedy "Weihnachtspäckchen ... haben alle zu tragen", which attracted 3.84 million viewers (12.7 percent). ProSieben offered the celebrity quiz "Wer stiehlt Matthias Schweighöfer die Show?", which attracted 1.95 million viewers (7.9 percent). The American animated film "Encanto" on RTL attracted 1.67 million (5.7 percent) viewers.

Sat.1 showed the US action comedy "Central Intelligence", with which 1.31 million (4.6 percent) spent their TV evening. The Vox cooking duel "Kitchen Impossible - Die Weihnachts-Edition" was watched by 1.18 million (4.9 percent). The adventure film "Robin Hood" attracted 820,000 feature film fans (2.8 percent) to ZDFneo. On Kabel eins, the documentary series "Willkommen bei den Reimanns" attracted 740,000 fans (2.5 percent).

The last edition of the talk show "Anne Will" reached 3.35 million viewers (14.4 percent) from 9.45 p.m. on Ersten.
