- Young individual meets unfortunate end subsequent to tumbling from a lofty structure in Heidelberg

Sad news from Heidelberg. A 4-year-old kid plummeted from the seventh floor of a skyscraper last Friday. Authorities, including the police and prosecutor's office, confirmed his demise. Following the fall from the balcony, the kid was rushed to the hospital with critical injuries, underwent urgent surgery, but unfortunately, didn't make it through the next day.

From what we've gathered so far, this unfortunate incident is being handled as a tragic accident. The kid had maneuvered the living room window to access the balcony while mom was in the bathroom. He then climbed onto the balcony, proceeded to the approximately one-meter-high railing, and took a plunge of over 15 meters onto the ground below. No signs of external interference or neglect in duty of care have surfaced.

The police were present at the scene to investigate the circumstances of the tragic accident. Despite initial investigations, no signs of foul play were detected by the police and the prosecutor's office.
