Police control - Without a driver's license, drunk on a motorcycle

A drunk person rode a motorcycle in Lamspringe, Landkreis Hildesheim, without a driver's license. A breath alcohol test showed 1.59 promille, according to the police. The officers stopped the 50-year-old during a traffic control. Subsequently, he had to go to the hospital for a blood test. The police reported that they had previously caught the driver several times without a driver's license, so he faces a serious penalty.

The motorcyclist was from the District of Hildesheim, Lower Saxony. The traffic control in Lamspringe, Landkreis Hildesheim, led to the police stop. Despite multiple prior offenses for riding without a driver's license in Lower Saxony, this was another instance of traffic law violation. The drunk motorcycle rider had to undergo an additional alcohol test at the police station.
