Vienna offers to comfort Swiftties

The disappointment among Taylor Swift fans is great due to the cancellation of concerts. The city and the trade are trying to lift the spirits of the frustrated by offering some compliments.

- Vienna offers to comfort Swiftties

The city of Vienna aims to console traveling fans of Taylor Swift by offering them free burgers at an upscale burger joint upon presenting their concert tickets. Some local establishments are also providing complimentary drinks to "Swifties." A coffee chain is joining in by offering a free coffee. Culture enthusiasts can enter the renowned Albertina collection for free with their Swift ticket. A vintage store is offering 20% off on their second-hand items. Vienna's public baths are also offering a deal: for just 2.60 euros, the cheapest rate, fans can visit one of the city's outdoor pools on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.

Despite the concert cancellations, not all fans are letting the fun of gathering with like-minded individuals be ruined. TV footage showed hundreds of Swift fans gathering at Vienna's St. Stephen's Cathedral to sing some of the American superstar's songs together.
