"The guy has longer brown hair and seems to be wearing a gray shirt and khaki pants - and as you can see, he's carefully trying to find a target from a distance before he shoots," reported TMZ.
On the video, it is not possible to see the man shooting. However, several quick successive shots and screams can be heard. The screaming people are not visible. A man says: "He's turning this way, be careful, people." Another voice says: "Someone was shot. He's right here."
TMZ also released a second video that shows blurry footage of the roof and a dead body. "I think they hit him, because he looks dead," a voice says.
