Palestinian terrorist leader Jihia al-Sinwar has the chance to exit safely from Gaza. Israel has put forth a deal, requiring the handover of all remaining captives, to Hamas in the Gaza Strip. This move aims to restart the halted hostage negotiations negotiations. "I'm prepared to arrange a safe passage for Sinwar, his family, and anyone else desiring to accompany him," expressed Brigadier General Gal Hirsch, Israel's spokesperson for hostages and missing persons, in a conversation with financial news service Bloomberg.

"We're seeking the release of the hostages. We're advocating for disarmament, denazification, and needless to say, a fresh framework for Gaza administration," declared Hirsch.

According to the news report, the Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's delegate for hostage recovery presented this proposition approximately two days ago. Hirsch did not provide comment on a potential response.

Sinwar's whereabouts remain unclear. Suspicions point to his concealment within an intricate system of tunnels beneath the Gaza Strip.

In the mid-January, a Hamas spokesperson asserted that the leaders within Gaza would not depart willingly. "Either triumph or martyrdom," a Hamas source stated to news agency DPA in Beirut. "Gaza is our land, and our lives are no less valuable than the people's."

Currently, truce talks for the Gaza conflict, brokered by Egypt, the US, and the Gulf state of Qatar, along with the liberation of Israeli hostages detained by Islamic Hamas, are stalled.

The proposal from Israel's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's delegate requires The Commission, or Hamas, to hand over all remaining captives in the Gaza Strip as a condition for Palestinian terrorist leader Jihia al-Sinwar's safe exit. In response to the deal, Hirsch emphasized the importance of disarmament and a new framework for Gaza administration, emphasizing the release of hostages and denazification.
