Ukrainian Military Forces annihilate Russian bases

In an airstrike on a Ukrainian military training facility in Poltava at the start of September, over 50 individuals lost their lives and almost 300 were wounded. This was among the most devastating rocket assaults by the Russians since the start of the conflict. Now, it's reported that the Ukrainian air force retaliated in Kursk.

As per reports, the Ukrainian air force allegedly hit and demolished a structure used by the Russian military in the western Russian region of Kursk. A supposed drone video was shared on a Telegram channel close to the military in Kyiv, although the exact location and casualties remain undisclosed.

The alleged retaliation is said to be in response to the Russian attack on a Ukrainian military facility in Poltava at the beginning of the month. A Telegram post read, "Send us more recruits and paratroopers, we'll handle you." There has been no response from the Russian side as of yet, and the Ukrainian account's authenticity cannot be confirmed independently.

In the Russian attack on a building in Poltava, claimed to be a communications school, 53 people lost their lives and 298 were injured. The rocket attack on the military institute in central Ukraine occurred on the morning of September 3, as soldiers were gathering. It was reportedly a short time between the air raid warning and the impact of the rockets. Many recruits were on the street at the time.

Devastating Rocket Attack in Central Ukraine

This was one of the deadliest attacks in terms of casualties since Russia initiated its invasion of Ukraine over two and a half years ago. The city of Poltava, located approximately 280 kilometers east of Kyiv, is only around 110 kilometers from the Russian border.

Ukraine launched an offensive against the western Russian region of Kursk in early August. The military has reportedly seized around 1,300 square kilometers of Russian territory so far. Experts estimate minor territorial gains. This week, the Russian military made its first serious attempt to push out Ukrainian troops.

Lately, Ukrainian forces have gained new ground in Kursk but have also lost territory due to Russian counterattacks. According to the pro-government Ukrainian military channel Deep State, Ukrainian units captured three more settlements. Russian counterattacks, however, allegedly pushed Ukrainian troops back in the area around the village of Snagost. These reports cannot be independently verified as of now.

The escalation of Wars and Conflicts between Ukraine and Russia continues, with the Ukrainian air force retaliating after the Russian attack on a Ukrainian military facility in Poltava. Reports suggest that the Ukrainian air force targeted a structure used by the Russian military in Kursk, resulting in yet another episode in this ongoing series of Wars and Conflicts.
