Ukraine again reports massive Russian attacks overnight
The pictures showed rescue workers among the rubble on a street in front of a public building. Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko stated that 20 residential buildings, an art museum and infrastructure facilities had been damaged. According to the report, eight people were injured in the attacks in the south of Ukraine.
As winter approaches, fears are growing in Ukraine of renewed systematic Russian attacks on the energy infrastructure, which left millions of people without heating and electricity at times last winter. In this context, Kiev has repeatedly called on its Western allies to strengthen Ukraine's air defense systems.
