Radical Islamic group Hamas accuses Israeli military of slaying at least 24 individuals in two airstrikes on the Gaza Strip, specifically the northern region. A home in Al-Tuffah neighborhood saw a minimum of 20 fatalities, with an additional four deaths in Al-Shati refugee camp. These details were shared by Mahmoud Bassatneh, Hamas-controlled civil defense authority spokesperson, with the AFP news agency on a Saturday. More than 35 folks were also said to be injured.
The director of Al-Ahli Hospital reported that 24 lifeless bodies were received at the facility following the hostilities. Initially, no comments were issued by the Israeli military. Earlier, the military declared their fighter jets targeted "two Hamas military facilities" in the Gaza City region on a Saturday.
The clash in Gaza Strip started on October 7, initiated by an unparalleled Hamas assault on Israel. Per Israeli reports, Islamic fighters took the lives of 1194 people and abducted 251 others in the Gaza Strip.
