Election campaign topic: Migration Issues: Following Harris's visit to the Mexico border, Trump exhibits significant aggravation.

Trumpdelivers derogatory remark towards Harris, labeling her as "intellectually disabled"

In a tiny municipality nestled within the battleground state of Wisconsin, the Republican presidential hopeful unleashes a tirade: During his speech, Trump attacks his Democratic opponent, intertwining slurs with anti-immigrant sentiments. Harris maintains a composed demeanor in response.

The Republican US presidential candidate, Donald Trump, launched a severe attack on his Democratic rival, Kamala Harris, labeling her "intellectually impaired." "Joe Biden is intellectually impaired. Kamala was born that way," Trump declared to his supporters in the outskirts of Prairie du Chien in Wisconsin. "She was born that way. And if you think about it, only an intellectually impaired individual could have allowed such a situation to unfold in our country," he said, referencing the controversial immigration topic dominating the campaign.

Small towns like Prairie du Chien, according to Trump, harbor fears of migrants. They "rape, rob, steal, burn, and kill the people of the United States of America." Referring to illegal immigrants, whom he labeled "beasts," Trump stated they steal jobs away from minorities and union workers. He added, "They'll attack you in your very own kitchen."

Trump's racially charged and unsubstantiated claims seemed to be a rebuttal to Harris' visit to the Mexican border the previous day, which noticeably upset him. During her visit to Arizona, Harris demonstrated an unyielding stance on immigration policy, vowing to implement more stringent regulations. The US, she emphasized, has "the responsibility to establish guidelines at our border and enforce them." She deemed this "extremely serious."

Trump in Favor of Media Suppression

Immigration policy is often perceived as a vulnerability in Harris' record as Biden's vice president. A considerable majority endorse Trump over her on this crucial issue for voters in the upcoming November election. Harris' appearance at the US-Mexico border was therefore an opportunity to sway opinions on this critical campaign issue.

Trump grumbled in Wisconsin that even the conservative Fox News channel had reported on Harris' nationally broadcasted event. "They shouldn't be permitted to cover it," Trump said. The far-right populist also accused the vice president herself, branding her a "liar."

The Same Worn-out Tactic

Meanwhile, Harris engaged in philanthropic activities in San Francisco, California, on Saturday. There, she stated, "Trump is employing the same old worn-out tactic we've been hearing for years." "This election is about two starkly different visions for our country, and we're witnessing this divide on the campaign trail," she said.

Despite Harris putting the Republican competitor on the defensive during the campaign, surveys suggest a tightly contested race in the presidential election on November 5th. Ultimately, the results in a few swing states, such as Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Michigan, could determine the election's victor. Wisconsin is part of a group of seven US states where the race is particularly tight.

Trump, frustrated with the media coverage of Kamala Harris' visit to the Mexican border, declared, "I'm not going to let them cover it like that," referring to Fox News.

Despite Trump's intensified attacks and accusations, Harris responded, "I'm not going to engage in his kind of rhetoric."
