Trump secures his vice presidential pick

The American Vice President-to-be needs to find a dynamic balance, not overshadowing yet still impactful. This task proves itself challenging for potential Vice President hopeful Trump, alongside possible President Trump. Reports suggest Trump has chosen his deputy for the upcoming American Presidential election in November, though he hasn't disclosed it to anyone yet.

In response to a journalist's query about his decision, Trump responded in Philadelphia, "Actually, it's a yes, in my head." When asked if he has someone in mind, he replied, "Nope, nobody knows."

Trump journeyed to Philadelphia in the Pennsylvanian state for a political rally before his trip. There, he was applauded by supporters and also answered a few questions from the press.

At 78 years old, Trump plans to take on Joe Biden, the incumbent Democratic President, in the presidential election starting November. Biden is campaigning with his current Vice President Kamala Harris, who, like him, has disappointing public approval ratings. Trump has been leaving people guessing about who his Vice President will be for months.

Balancing Stage Presence

Trump showed strong campaigning on Saturday. Prior to his trip to Philadelphia in the Pennsylvanian state, he sought votes at a gathering with influential American evangelical Christians in the capital Washington. In contrast, Biden spent the weekend at Camp David, the presidential retreat close to Washington, preparing for the television debate between him and Trump on Thursday.

The office of the Vice President isn't typically a simple one: The deputy's role is to endorse and represent the President's politics, while finding their unique accent without outshining the boss, without making mistakes, but without fading into the background either. Trump isn't fond of sharing limelight and attention with others.

Biden and Trump have already gathered the required delegate count for their party conventions in the summer, where they will be officially declared Presidential candidates. The Republican National Convention is set for July 15-18 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

In the midst of speculations, Donald Trump hinted at his vice presidential pick for the US presidential election 2024, stating "it's a yes, in my head," during a press conference in Philadelphia. Despite this revelation, Trump remains tight-lipped about his chosen deputy, leaving Republicans and Democrats alike guessing.

With Trump and potential Vice President Trump squaring off against Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris in the upcoming election, the balance of power between the two parties could shift drastically. The election, set to commence in November, could see a significant shift in the political landscape of the United States.
