Radical Republican Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene gushed about Trump's "loveable," "funny," and "joke-making" personality after a meeting with him. The conversations took place in buildings near the Capitol.
Trump plans to return to the White House after the presidential election in November. He had to show up in person at a court hearing in Washington, D.C. for the case against him for attempted electoral fraud.
Trump's supporters stormed the Capitol on January 6, 2021, confirming Biden's victory in the presidential election. Trump tried to sway his supporters by claiming, through witnesses, that he had been illegally denied a fair election due to massive fraud. This led to five deaths.
