The former German tennis ace Tommy Haas and his American partner Sara Foster are said to have split up. The "People" magazine reports this, citing an unnamed source. Haas and Foster are now focusing "solely on co-parenting their two daughters," the alleged insider is quoted as saying.
No specific reason for the breakup is mentioned in the report. However, the "People" magazine notes various observations in the past that might have suggested that the couple was having trouble.
For instance, Haas and his partner reportedly had a spat on Instagram on Valentine's Day 2021. Apparently, Haas liked photos of women in bikinis on the social network, prompting Foster to respond with a snarky comment: "Happy Valentine's Day to the guy who still doesn't get that likes are public."
But Haas also hit back at his girlfriend after she liked a shirtless photo of a "Bachelorette" contestant. "Happy Valentine's Day, Sara Foster, I promise I'll go back to the gym," the former top athlete supposedly wrote.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Foster again made sarcastic remarks about their relationship on Instagram. "We don't agree on mattress firmness, bedroom temperature, screen time for the kids, the language spoken at home, movies, food (I hate sushi), and a million other things. Tommy Haas was one of Germany's most famous tennis pros in his prime. In his career from 1997 to 2017, he reached number two in the world rankings but never won a Grand Slam title. Sara Foster has worked as an actress and model, appearing in shows like "90210."
