The family doctor speaks about Biden's health condition

Good news for US-President Biden: According to his doctor, the health condition of the 81-year-old is improving. The Corona symptoms are fading away. However, he has not returned to the White House yet.

US-President Joe Biden is on the mend according to his doctor's statements. "His symptoms have almost completely returned," Biden's doctor Kevin O'Connor wrote in a statement released by the White House. His pulse, blood pressure, respiratory rate, and temperature are all "absolutely normal." His oxygen saturation remains excellent in room air, according to O'Connor. "His lungs are still clear."

Biden received his tenth dose of the Covid-medication Paxlovid in the morning. The 81-year-old continues to perform all presidential duties, as the doctor stated. It remains unclear whether Biden is still testing positive for the Coronavirus. Biden has been isolating himself at his private home in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware since last Wednesday. It is also unclear when the US-President will return to Washington to the White House.

It is also unclear when and if important events of Biden's this week will take place. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has traveled to the US capital to give a speech before both houses of Congress on Wednesday. He had also planned to meet with Biden on Tuesday. Biden had also announced to clarify his reasons for withdrawing from the US presidential race this week. No appointment has been made yet.

Despite his improved health, President Joe Biden remains in isolation at his Delaware home in Rehoboth Beach, making it uncertain when he will attend the United States Presidency Election 2024-related event featuring Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu's speech before Congress. Netanyahu's planned meeting with Biden on Tuesday has also been put on hold due to Biden's health situation.
