Over in Berlin, a pro-Palestine rally saw at least ten cops getting hurt, as per cop statements. The protesters retaliated by hurling rocks and bottles at them, a cop spokesperson revealed. Even counter-protesters weren't spared, apparently. Initially, Rundfunk Berlin-Brandenburg (rbb) covered this incident.

During the Saturday rally, cops arrested 23 individuals for ID checks. They're looking into accusations such as causing grievous harm, hate speech, and severely disrupting the peace.

According to cops' estimates, the rally had up to a thousand participants at its peak. Nearly 400 officers were deployed. Initially, it was uncertain if there were any hurt protesters.

The protesters believed that the purpose of the demonstration was to raise awareness about Palestinian rights. Despite the police efforts, the intensity of the demonstration led to several injuries among the officers.
