Mannheim: Notable City in Germany - Suspect unable to be questioned following knife assault

After a violent knife attack five days ago in Mannheim, the attacker remains unmoved. A criminal police representative shared this information on Wednesday, responding to inquiries. During the incident, a 25-year-old Afghan individual wounded five participants of a demonstration by Pax Europa, an Islam-critical group, along with a police officer. Unfortunately, the officer, identified as 29-year-old Rouven Laur, succumbed to his injuries. Another officer fired at the attacker, resulting in his being hospitalized. Ever since, the individual has been incapable of responding to any questions. The attacker previously resided in Heppenheim, a city in Hesse.
