SSV Ulm brings attacker Telalovic back to Germany

Semir Telalovic made his Bundesliga debut for Borussia Mönchengladbach before moving to England. But the striker is also no stranger to SSV Ulm.

Bundesliga 2 - SSV Ulm brings attacker Telalovic back to Germany

Second-division promotion side SSV Ulm have re-signed Semir Telalovic. The forward previously played for Blackburn Rovers in the English second league and has now been given a contract until 30. June 2027, as announced by SSV. Telalovic played in the youth team for Ulm for three years.

"Semir is a local youngster who knows the club and where the goal is. We are pleased that he has decided on a transfer back to his hometown", said Markus Thiele, the club's business manager, about the 24-year-old, who can already boast three Bundesliga appearances for Borussia Mönchengladbach in his career.

The promotion to Bundesliga 2 has given SSV Ulm the opportunity to bring back their local talent, Semir Telalovic. Despite having experience in England's second league with Blackburn Rovers, Telalovic has chosen to return to his roots in Ulm, Baden-Württemberg. The 24-year-old forward's new deal with SSV Ulm stretches until 2027, reflecting the club's faith in his abilities. German soccer fans in Baden-Württemberg and beyond will be excited to see his performances in the Soccer Bundesliga, should SSV Ulm secure promotion to the top tier.
