Bundestag - SPD: No decision on 2024 budget before the end of the year
According to the SPD parliamentary group leadership, the Bundestag will not pass the 2024 budget before the end of the year. "Although we have done everything we can on our side, the budget for 2024 cannot be passed in time this year," wrote the First Parliamentary Secretary of the largest coalition parliamentary group, Katja Mast, in a text message to all SPD MPs on Thursday, which was obtained by Deutsche Presse-Agentur. The "Bild" newspaper had previously reported on this.
