German Armed Forces' water supply in Cologne-Wahn potentially sabotaged?

Following indications of a disruption, a hole in a fence was also discovered, it was reported. This raised the initially unconfirmed suspicion that the water supply might have been sabotaged. Water samples were taken for investigation.

According to these reports, the barracks could no longer be entered or exited. The police had cordoned it off extensively. Several units are stationed in the barracks, including the Air Transport Wing of the German Armed Forces, responsible for the travel of cabinet members and high-ranking government officials.

Due to the potential sabotage of the water supply, it's crucial for the investigation of the German Armed Forces' situation at the Cologne-Wahn airbase. The German Armed Forces' Air Transport Wing, stationed in the barracks, might be affected by this incident.
