Ryan Gosling, known for his role in "The Fall Guy," visited "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" on Wednesday. During the show, he shared memories of working with Ryan Reynolds in the 1996 movie "Frankenstein and Me." Gosling described Reynolds as friendly while also revealing that he noticed the actor's interest in his mother, Donna, who he considered very beautiful.

Kimmel, referring to Gosling's role in the movie that he took up when he was around 13 or 14, questioned the actor about his experience with Reynolds. Gosling felt that Reynolds had a special fondness for him initially but later realized this interest was due to his mother's beauty.

Kimmel further asked Gosling how long it took for him to figure this out. To which Gosling replied, "I wish I had found out sooner," as his mother did enjoy the attention.

Joking about the situation, Kimmel said, "You could have been Ryan Reynolds had that worked out." Laughing, Gosling responded, "This close." Reynolds passed away in 2018 at the age of 82.
