No one among the residents and workers of the industrial facility was injured. Dozens of firefighters are on the scene to extinguish the fire. Ukrainian journalists also reported fires at an oil depot in Kursk following Ukrainian attacks.
The Russian Defense Ministry reported several Ukrainian drone attacks on Russian territory, including the Kursk region. However, military reports only ever mention the downed aircraft, not the impacts or damages.
According to Smirnov's account, debris from a downed drone hit a house in a village in the Kursk region, causing a fire. No one was injured. In the town of Sudzhа, a Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicle dropped a bomb on a residential building, injuring a woman and sending her to the hospital. Smirnov reported injuries and property damage from drone attacks on numerous settlements the previous day.
