Russian attacks have caused the destruction of half of Ukraine's ability to generate power.
Because of Russian assaults on Ukraine's energy facilities, half of the generating power has been annihilated since the previous winter, Kiev reported.
On Tuesday, at the Ukraine reconstruction conference in Berlin, Zelenskyy mentioned, "Russian rocket and drone attacks have already demolished a capacity of nine gigawatts." In the previous winter, Ukraine's energy usage reached up to 18 gigawatts.
