RFK Jr. abandons his challenge to obtain ballot access in Pennsylvania due to today's endorsement of Trump

According to the statement, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Nicole Shanahan, running as the "We The People" candidates for President and Vice President of the United States, have cancelled their opposition to Alexander Reber and Janneken Smucker's petition, following Trump's endorsement for the Presidential role. This announcement was made in a filing.

The filing precedes an Arizona event set for Friday, where Kennedy is expected to abandon his presidential bid. Trump, too, has a rally scheduled in Arizona on Friday, with hints about a "surprise guest" joining him.

This news is developing and will be updated.

Kennedy's decision to abandon his presidential bid and follow Trump's endorsement has shifted the focus of his political endeavors, as evidenced by his planned attendance at Trump's rally on Friday. Despite this shift, the "We The People" ticket, with Kennedy as Presidential candidate and Shanahan as Vice President, continues to participate in political processes, as illustrated by their withdrawal of opposition to Reber and Smucker's petition.
