Prices at German petrol stations have changed little recently

Fuel prices at the pump have barely changed recently. According to the ADAC in Munich on Wednesday, a liter of E10 gasoline was 1.753 euros on average nationwide, an increase of 0.2 cents from the previous week. Diesel was only slightly cheaper at 1.626 euros per liter, a decrease of 0.1 cents from the previous week.

The price of crude oil, according to the ADAC, has recently decreased from 81 dollars to below 79 dollars. Therefore, the automobile club expects that "fuel prices will also move down slightly in the near future."

The ADAC recommends that drivers fill up between 19.00 and 20.00 or between 21.00 and 22.00 to get cheaper fuel. At 07.00 in the morning, prices can be up to seven cents higher.

The nationwide average price of E10 gasoline, as mentioned, was 1.753 euros, showing a slight increase compared to the previous week's average. Upon a decrease in crude oil prices, the ADAC anticipates a minor decrease in fuel prices in the near future.
