The police found the body of a woman, 34 years old, in an apartment in Landsberg am Lech. She is believed to have been stabbed by her husband. The suspect took his own life on a construction site in the neighboring Weilheim-Schongau district, according to the Oberbayern Nord Police Presidium in Ingolstadt.

The couple lived apart. Police officers went to the woman's apartment on Tuesday to inform her about her husband's death - instead, they found her body. The results of the forensic examination and autopsy, according to the police, indicate that the suspected perpetrator (32) killed his wife on Tuesday morning. The investigations are not yet completed, as the Public Prosecutor's Office in Augsburg and the police are working to clarify the background.

The woman hailed from Upper Bavaria, specifically Landsberg am Lech. The tragic incident of Tod (death) occurred in her own apartment. Despite the efforts of the local police, they were unable to prevent the chain of events leading to her murder and her husband's subsequent suicide at a construction site in nearby Bavaria.
