Police conduct operation against suspected affiliates of the "Rechtsburger" movement, Reuß.

Within a span of a week, authorities search various properties and belongings of supporters connected to "Reichsbürger" ideologist Heinrich XIII Prinz Reuß. This time, their investigation takes place in Lower Saxony and Saxony-Anhalt.

Persistent inquiries are underway. - Police conduct operation against suspected affiliates of the "Rechtsburger" movement, Reuß.

In connection with the ongoing probe against the supposed terrorist organization of "Reichsbürger" led by Heinrich XIII. Prince Reuß, there's a new raid ongoing. "We've been searching since this morning at various locations in Lower Saxony and one location in Saxony-Anhalt," shared a representative from the General Prosecutor's Office Celle to DPA on a recent Tuesday. "The operations continue." The "Hannoversche Allgemeine Zeitung" shared the same information earlier.

The General Prosecutor's Office Celle shoulders seven cases involving 13 suspects that were previously under the jurisdiction of the Federal Prosecutor's Office. The Lower Saxony Anti-Terrorism Central Office is housed at the General Prosecutor's Office Celle.

Court proceedings against "Reichsbürger" for alleged coup plots

Three extensive trials in Stuttgart, Frankfurt am Main, and Munich will see 26 alleged collaborators and conspirators responding to the charges. They stand accused of conspiring for a violent coup. Reportedly, Reuß would be leading this supposed new state form. Among the suspects are a former police officer from Hannover Police Directorate, a financial advisor in Harburg, a lawyer in Hanover, and a doctor in Peine.

The less severe cases are transferred to the respective states by the Federal Prosecutor's Office. These cases concern individuals who, unlike the mentioned suspects, are not detained.

This group known as "Reichsbürger" in Germany believes the German Reich (1871-1945) still exists. As a result, they bear this name. They refuse to acknowledge the Federal Republic and its laws.
