Unfalle - Nineteen-year-olds injured and seriously harmed
At crossing a zebra crossing, a nine-year-old girl was hit by a car and seriously injured. It remained unclear whether the 53-year-old driver failed to see the girl on Friday evening or if the girl was in a blind spot, as the police spokesperson stated. The girl was reportedly running along the zebra crossing behind a toilet container. The container had been placed for an event at the town hall square in Leinfelden-Echterdingen (District Esslingen).
According to the police, the girl had to be taken to a hospital due to her severe injuries. The driver of the vehicle remained unharmed.
