Murder without a body - Missing Pregnant Women - Conviction for Murder Demanded
According to Prosecution, the 51-year-old from Bosnia-Herzegovina and the 49-year-old German are suspected of murdering a pregnant woman from Nuremberg and committing other crimes. The Prosecution does not consider a voluntary disappearance or other suspects in this case. According to Senior Public Prosecutor Alexandra Hussennether, both defendants showed a particular gravity of guilt.
The Prosecution believes that the two men killed the woman in December 2022 to cover up other crimes and gain access to the assets of leading bank employees. "The defendants hid the body at an unknown location," Hussennether stated. After the murder, they allegedly laid a false trail to give the impression that the 39-year-old had fled abroad.
The attorneys for the civil plaintiff, representing the woman's family, are expected to plead their case today. The pleadings of the four defense attorneys are anticipated for Wednesday.
The case of murder and other crimes is being handled by the Public Prosecutor's Office in Bavaria, Germany. The two suspects, one from Bosnia-Herzegovina and the other German, face a serious process in the German Court for their alleged involvement in criminality, including the murder of a woman from Nuremberg. If found guilty, they may face severe condemnation and punishment, including time in jail for the Mord they are accused of committing. The evidence presented during the trial will be crucial in determining the guilt or innocence of the defendants.
