The Israeli military allegedly discovered the remains of six kidnapped individuals in the Gaza Strip last night in Khan Yunis, a city located in the southern coastal area. The military confirmed the news, and their families have been notified.
According to reports, the individuals ranged in age from 35 to 80 years old. Some had been previously declared dead by the army but were still alive when they were taken captive.
One of the bodies recovered was that of Alexander Dancyg, a dual citizen of Poland and Israel, who worked at the Holocaust memorial Yad Vashem in Jerusalem. Former hostages claimed that the historian had educate them about history during their time in captivity.
Now, Hamas is believed to be holding 109 hostages, some of whom might not be alive.

Israel has agreed to the recent US-supported truce proposal, as stated by Blinken at a press conference on Monday. However, it's now up to Hamas to approve the proposal.
Blinken visited the coastal town of Al-Alamain in Egypt on Tuesday for additional discussions. The state-controlled television channel Al-Kahira News reported a planned meeting with Egyptian Foreign Minister Badr Abdel-Atti.
