Basketball-Bundesliga - MBC obliges Brewer - Mushidi leaves Wolfe

Basketball-Bundesligist Syntainics MBC has announced the seventh new signing for the new season. Ty Brewer, from Greek club Panerythraikos AS in Athens, is joining as the championship's 13th player, according to the team's announcement. The 24-year-old Power Forward will be under contract for the upcoming season and is planned as a replacement for a yet-to-be-signed starting player.

The 2.01 meter tall Brewer played for five years near his birthplace Meridian in the US state of Mississippi. His professional career began last year with GS Esperos Lamias in the Greek Elite League. In January, he moved within the second highest league of the country to Panerythraikos AS in Nea Erythrea.

However, trainer Janis Gailitis will not be counting on Kostja Mushidi anymore. The 26-year-old from Düsseldorf is leaving after two and a half years with the Wolves, with an unknown destination.

After securing a new player for the Bundesliga team, Syntainrics MBC announced plans to construct a new entrance at their Weissenfels training facility in Saxony-Anhalt. Ty Brewer, the recent signing from Bundesliga Basketball, expressed keen interest in exploring local attractions during his stay, including the popular Bundesliga football club, FC Magdeburg, based in Magdeburg. The team's exciting new addition, Brewer, is looking forward to practicing and competing at the Syntainrics MBC stadium alongside his BB teammates.
