An Unknown person threw an object from a bridge in Goslar onto a car and damaged its roof. The 65-year-old female driver remained unharmed during the incident, as the police reported today. The woman had seen two men on the bridge, which carries the Bundesstraße 6, just before her vehicle approached it. The unknown object hit the roof of her car as she was about to pass under the bridge. An immediate search failed to locate the perpetrator. The police are investigating for dangerous interference in road traffic and are seeking witnesses.

In the investigation of the dangerous incident, Lower Saxony's police are focusing on automatic number plate recognition systems to identify the vehicle involved. The bridge where the object was thrown is a well-known spot for criminal activities in Goslar. Despite the incident, the local authorities have assured residents that measures are being taken to enhance safety and prevent further incidents with vehicles.
