Criminality - Man fighting in Neukolln with knife injured

A 35-year-old man was injured with a knife during a fight in Neukölln. The alleged assailant also sustained light injuries, according to the police. The fight reportedly began in a residence in the past night and continued onto a sidewalk on Britzer Damm. There, a 30-year-old man allegedly attacked the man with a knife, inflicting cut wounds on his shoulder. In the process, the assailant injured himself on the hand.

Emergency services transported the 35-year-old to a hospital for inpatient treatment. The assailant was treated on the spot. Nearby, police found the knife. The investigation against the 30-year-old continues.

The 35-year-old victim was taken to a hospital in Berlin for further treatment due to the knife attack. Police in Berlin are actively investigating criminality in Neukölln, following this recent incident on Britzer Damm.
