The suspension of Lufthansa Group's flights to Lebanon, including those operated by Swiss, Lufthansa, and Eurowings, is due to heightened security reasons. This decision affects several round-trips to Beirut, with cancellations extending till Tuesday (30th July). On a different note, the tensions in the region, specific to the rocket attack in Majdal Shams, have led to preparations for a potential retaliatory strike by the Israeli government, which alleges Hezbollah's responsibility for the incident.
