The wage conflict at Lufthansa subsidiary CityLine has been resolved. Lufthansa and the union UFO have agreed on wage increases for the approximately 900 flight attendants, UFO announced. A Lufthansa spokesperson confirmed the agreement.

The agreed wage increases include, according to UFO, a 7.5% increase in the wage table retroactively from the beginning of the year, an increase in various allowances, and another increase of the table by 4.5% as of March 2025. The wage tariff contract has a duration of 24 months.

Lufthansa and UFO had already agreed on higher wages for the flight attendants of the parent company in April.

Following the resolution of the wage conflict, CityLine has introduced a Compensation table with an increase of 7.5% retrospectively from January, accompanied by enhancements in various allowances. Additionally, the table undergoes another 4.5% increase in March 2025, as stipulated in the 24-month tariff contract, which Lufthansa and UFO have agreed upon in the context of the Tariff conflict.
