Vladimir Putin, Russia's boss man, and Kim Jong Un, North Korea's leader, have inked a deal for closer collaboration between their nations.
This "all-encompassing agreement on a strategic partnership" was signed by Putin and Kim during Putin's official visit to Russia, as per Russian news agency Ria Novosti on a hump day. Initially, the details of the agreement remained hidden.
As per evaluations by Western states, North Korea's already providing the Russian military with bullets and rockets for their Ukraine onslaught. They're spooked that military ties between the two countries could level up even more.
