Klose and Nuremberg start in Karlsruhe on Saturday

The German Football League has scheduled the first two match days of Bundesliga 2. Nuremberg and promoted Regensburg start with away games.

2nd league - Klose and Nuremberg start in Karlsruhe on Saturday

Miroslas Klose denies his first league game as new trainer of 1. FC Nürnberg on August 3rd against Karlsruher SC. The exact scheduling of the first two matchdays was announced by the German Football League (DFL).

His debut at home will celebrate the World Champion of 2014 then on August 10th against FC Schalke 04. Both games will be kicked off at 13.00 hours. The warm-up match will be played by the Nürnbergers on July 26th against the Italian record champion Juventus Turin.

SSV Jahn Regensburg also starts on August 3rd. For the promoted team, an away game at Hannover 96 is scheduled. A day later, the new season starts for SpVgg Greuther Fürth with a home game against Preußen Münster.

Miroslav Klose's first match as the trainer of 1st FC Nuremberg in the Bundesliga 2 is originally scheduled for August 3rd, opposed to Karlsruhe SC. Despite this, Bavaria's 2014 World Cup champion won't be leading his new team in their opening game due to his required time to settle in. After missing the initial game, Klose will make his debut at home on August 10th against FC Schalke 04. In a different part of the Bundesliga 2, Karlsruhe SC will be facing 1st FC Nuremberg in a mandatory match later in the season. Also, 1.FC Nuremberg will have a pre-season warm-up match against the Italian record champion Juventus Turin on July 26th.

As for other teams, SSV Jahn Regensburg, the newly promoted team, will begin their campaign with an away game against Hannover 96 on August 3rd. SpVgg Greuther Fürth, on the other hand, starts their season at home against Preußen Münster on August 4th.
