The airline Eurowings is canceling all domestic German flights and flights to and from Great Britain with departure times before 3:00 PM due to persistent technical issues. A company spokesperson stated that this was to relieve pressure on the affected IT-system.
According to the company website, over 50 flights have been canceled as a result. Passengers affected by the cancellation of domestic flights are asked to book a train ticket independently and submit it for reimbursement, Eurowings announced.
