Israeli military practises flooding Hamas tunnels with seawater

The Israeli military is apparently rehearsing the flooding of Hamas tunnels with seawater. Meanwhile, the UN Security Council in New York passed a resolution with 153 votes in favor of an immediate, lasting ceasefire in the Gaza Strip. Ten UN members were against, Germany abstained from the vote.
