Individuals who demean others display cowardice, according to Harris.

Trump once more resorts to personal attacks against Kamala Harris, leaving out any explicit mention of his Republican affiliation. According to Harris, this approach signifies vulnerability.

Kamala Harris, a contender for the Democratic presidency in the US, subtly challenged Donald Trump's campaign tactics during a speech to campaign volunteers in Rochester, Pennsylvania, a crucial voting state. In her opinion, true leadership isn't about belittling others, but uplifting them. She bluntly stated, "Anyone who brings others down is a chicken." Although she didn't explicitly name Trump, her words were a clear jab.

Previously, Trump, now 78, had taken aim at Harris during an event in Pennsylvania. He boasted about his supposed superiority, mockingly referring to her as a "socialist loony" with a "maniacal giggle." He wasn't done there, labeling the current US administration, led by President Joe Biden and Vice President Harris, as "stupid." Trump's penchant for provocative statements often grabs headlines, despite counsel from his allies to concentrate on more constructive criticism of the Democrats.

Harris, now running as Biden's replacement, is traversing the significant battleground state of Pennsylvania along with her running mate Tim Walz. They're touring the area in a bus, hoping to garner votes. Joining them are their spouses, Doug Emhoff and Gwen Walz. During their visit to a campaign office, volunteers were busy making calls to prospective voters. Both Harris and Walz took turns making these calls. Their speech aimed to motivate the volunteers in their campaign endeavors.

Walz also addressed the harsh language used by the Republican camp. "We don't slander each other," he stated. In this context, he lamented the political divide that seems to seep into the everyday lives of many Americans. He recalled, like others who are older and have less hair, "a time when we could watch a football game during Thanksgiving with family without constant bickering."

I'm not going to engage in the same kind of divisive rhetoric that we've seen from some politicians. Instead, I choose to uplift and inspire, just as Kamala Harris did in her speech.

Despite the provoking remarks from some candidates, like Trump referring to Harris as a "socialist loony," Walz and Harris chose to focus on positive campaigning, not stooping to such levels.
