Following recent floods, water levels are decreasing on most waterways in southwestern regions. Nonetheless, some areas like the Danube and Rhine Rivers are still witnessing a rise in water levels, as per the flood forecasting center. However, officials mentioned no critical values are anticipated to be exceeded. For instance, at the Danube in Hundersingen, District of Sigmaringen, along with Lake Constance, Upper and Upper Rhine, water is currently rising. At Maxau's gauge near Karlsruhe, peak value of 8.29 meters on Sunday won't be surpassed. The Neckar trend is experiencing a downward shift.

Due to the ongoing flood situation, the district of Rosenheim in Upper Bavaria advises residents to stay indoors as there's a peril to life and limb. They're requested to steer clear of open water bodies and not hinder rescue forces' operations. Beginning Tuesday, numerous municipalities will cancel classes: Brannenburg, Raubling, Rohrdorf, Oberaudorf, Kiefersfelden, Nußdorf, Neubeuern, Bad Feilnbach, and Flintsbach. Rosenheim State Education Authority will keep schools informed. Kindergartens in the affected zones should also be shut down.

Camping site in Wesel, North Rhine-Westphalia, needs to be evacuated within 24 hours because of the flood situation. Grav-Island's operators have disclosed this. Rivers and water bodies in the vicinity are experiencing rising water levels. Grav-Island, with its five thousand permanent campers, is the largest camping site in Germany.

9:53 pm: Soft Ground: Regensburg's Werftstraße Needs Evacuation:

Werftstraße in Regensburg is scheduled for evacuation, explains the city of Regensburg. The street borders the Danube, and the ground is getting softer due to high groundwater levels. Flood protection elements might be ineffective and the street could be submerged. Around 200 individuals are to be evacuated from 9 p.m. onwards.
