North Rhine-Westphalia - In Solingen, no specific suspicions in the case of a fire.

In Solingen, two days have passed since a house fire injured eleven people, and authorities are still seeking a lead in the investigation. The Wuppertal Public Prosecutor's Office reports that interrogations in the area are ongoing, as they search for arson and attempted murder suspects.

Among the wounded, eleven individuals were taken to the hospital due to potential mild gas poisoning. A woman also sustained an additional foot injury while fleeing the burning structure. The fire was ignited early on Sunday morning.

Detectives are desperately seeking any witnesses or those who might have seen suspicious people or vehicles in the area during the relevant time period. The first emergency call was made at 1:15 a.m. on the fateful day.

Solingen faced another tragedy just a few weeks prior when a fire claimed the lives of four people. A suspect has been arrested and is currently being held in pre-trial detention. He is accused of attempting to kill a 44-year-old man by attacking him with a machete and causing significant injuries.
