In 1995, a six-year-old child was abducted in Arkansas. Nearly three decades passed before a potential suspect was pinpointed.

On June 9, 1995, as stated by the Alma Police Department, Morgan Nick was kidnapped from a Little League ballfield's parking lot in the small town of Alma.

The local law enforcement received a description of a suspect and a description of a red truck with a white camper shell, allegedly driven by the suspect, as per a statement released by the Alma Police Department.

In 1995, an individual, Billy Jack Lincks, was marked as a potential suspect due to his possession of a red truck. Two months later, Lincks was taken into custody for soliciting a minor for sexual activities, according to the authorities.

During questioning about Morgan's disappearance, Lincks denied any involvement and seemed to be truthful, leading to his release by the police, according to the statement.

The Alma Police Department and other law enforcement agencies spent countless hours investigating over 10,000 leads yet failed to produce any concrete findings on the case, as disclosed by the officials.

It wasn't until 2019 that the Alma Police Department decided to re-examine the early stages of the investigation.

The red truck owned by Lincks during Morgan's disappearance was traced and found to have been sold multiple times since then. The current owner of the vehicle permitted the detectives to thoroughly examine it, and the results of the forensic tests suggested that the hair evidence submitted for analysis belonged to Morgan Nick's mother, Colleen Nick, or one of her family members, according to the police.

"The physical evidence gathered from the truck owned by Lincks at the time of Morgan's abduction appears to indicate that Morgan had been in his truck," the statement says.

Lincks passed away in 2000, and Morgan Nick continues to be missing, as reported by the authorities.

"An army of supporters, advocates, and heroes have come together to uncover the truth regarding her disappearance," Colleen Nick said in the statement.

"He stole Morgan from me, her father, Logan, and Taryn. He didn't realize that his win would never come," she added. "Because our love for Morgan – her memory, her voice – outlasted his life."

We engaged in numerous interviews with Lincks during the investigation, and he consistently maintained his innocence towards Morgan's disappearance, assuring us that 'us' were not involved.

Even after Lincks' passing, our quest to uncover the truth about Morgan's disappearance continues, with 'us' as a united force driven by love and determination.
