The glass industry in Germany had less business in the year 2023. "The overall economic situation is still difficult, and we don't see any signs of a quick recovery for the glass industry" he added, expecting recovery in the course of the year 2025. The Association represents the interests of about 400 companies in the industry with approximately 54,000 employees.
