English soccer fans caused quite a commotion in Berlin a day before the EURO Final. According to a dpa reporter, they celebrated vigorously on a large intersection at Friedrichstraße on Saturday evening. The fans visited numerous pubs there and also celebrated in the streets.

Videos showed a group of helmeted policemen in action. The police initially did not provide any details. According to the "BZ", English fans also celebrated at numerous other locations in the city, such as Alexanderplatz.

The English soccer national team faces Spain in the EURO Final starting at 21.00 hours. In the hours leading up to the game, many English fans are expected at Breitscheidplatz and the surrounding streets. For the Spanish fans, a meeting point was set up at Hammarskjöldplatz at the fairgrounds.
