Further deadly attacks in Gaza Strip

In Rafah and Nuseirat, according to Palestinian reports, more people have reportedly been killed again. The army targeted amongst other things, sources from which shots were fired towards Israel.

Israel's Army, according to its own reports, is conducting operations in the Gazan Strip center and in the south. Five people were reportedly killed by the Palestinian news agency Wafa in attacks on targets in the city of Rafah and the Nuseirat refugee camp. Nuseirat is located in the center of the Coastal Strip.

Israel's Army reportedly attacked and killed people in Rafah who had fired rockets at Israeli soldiers. On Tuesday, the air force also reportedly targeted sites from which shots had previously been fired towards Israel. In the central part of the Coastal Strip, the military reportedly killed terrorists.

On Tuesday, soldiers reportedly killed a Hamas sniper and another member of the Islamist organization in the northern part of the area. The army reportedly attacked over 25 targets in the Gazan Strip from the air on Tuesday.

These statements could not be verified independently at first.

According to the health authority controlled by Hamas, at least 81 Palestinians were killed in Israeli attacks in the Gazan Strip within the past 24 hours. Since the start of the conflict, at least 38,794 people have reportedly been killed, and another 89,364 injured. These figures, which do not distinguish between civilians and combatants, could not be verified independently at this time.

The conflicts between Israel and Hamas frequently involve violence in the Gaza Strip, with Rafah often being a focal point. Recently, Israel's Army reportedly conducted operations in both the central and southern regions of the Gaza Strip, leading to casualties. Hamas officially reported at least 81 Palestinian deaths in response to Israeli attacks within the past 24 hours, further escalating tensions.
