Mourning for Arian - Funeral and quiet remembrance after the death of Arian

The long-missing Arian from the lower Saxon Bremervörde is soon to be buried. The young boy will be buried on the 26th of July in the closest circle of his family and relatives, according to the Catholic Parish of Bremervörde. The exact location will not be disclosed for the protection of the family.

Mourners can say their final goodbyes to the boy on the same day at the Catholic St. Michael Church in Bremervörde. The church will be open from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm for quiet reflection and prayers. "The family of Arian will decorate the church hall with flowers, wreaths, and balloons," the parish shared. Photos of the boy will be displayed on a screen.

Arian went missing nearly three months ago, on the 22nd of April, from his home. The police believe that the autistic child left the house on his own. Hundreds of personnel and volunteers searched day and night for the six-year-old. At the end of June, a farmer discovered a child's body while plowing a meadow - only a few kilometers from Arian's home. An autopsy confirmed that the deceased child was indeed six-year-old Arian.

The funeral service for Arian will take place in Lower Saxony, specifically in Bremervörde. Due to the emergency situation, the exact location of the burial is being kept confidential. Following the funeral, there will be a memorial event at the Catholic St. Michael Church in Bremervörde, where children are welcome to attend and pay their respects. The family of Arian is expected to attend the funeral, marking a sad day of Tod for them.
